We are only one month in, but this single mom has made tremendous progress so far. I have had a few clients who had done strict keto for a while which worked, until it didn’t anymore.
It was time to get those muscles to grow & show, all while maintaining her sanity and not feeling deprived or restricted.
Front loading with aerobic work, a few days of weight training while prioritizing sleep, protein, hydration & stress were our main focus.
No gym? No problem!
Heather has a few things at home and has been able to take on workouts that are challenging but not completely annihilating.
